Learning Objectives: 
Upon completion, participants should be able to
1) Explain the difference between medical diagnostic error, under-diagnosis, and over-
    diagnosis.
2) Describe the causes of medical diagnostic errors.
3) Explain how root cause analysis (RCA) works and participate in one if the opportunity arises.
4) Describe 3 ways that medical diagnostic errors can be reduced and utilize at least one of
    them in your practice.
5) Engage patients to participate in preventing medical diagnostic errors and protect their own
    safety.

Learning Assessment: There will be a post test for this activity with a minimum performance requirement of 8 out of 10 correct answers.
